Provide guidance and support for company and its subsidiaries by utilizing your expertise to develop and drive the company’s proactive and reactive labor and employee relations strategies. The primary focus of this role will be to support and direct the company’s legal labor relations initiatives, however, some exposure to employment law and HR-related issues is a strong asset.
