Director is the counsel for all legal aspects of hotel development and operations, including negotiation of management, license, and equity agreements. Also, this Director will be responsible for preparation of FTC and international disclosure documents, franchise agreements, franchise compliance monitoring, default notices, and providing legal counsel, development and operational field teams on franchise, management, and hotel development matters. Provide legal advice during the negotiation of all hotel deals (i.e. draft and analyze hotel agreement, including management agreements, license agreements, reservation agreements, letters of intent, confidentiality agreements and various ancillary agreements.
