Provide legal support for company’s Privacy Office and Technology Risk Management Group and all related policies and procedures. Provide legal support concerning US and international privacy and data security law, including law governing the collection, maintenance, usage and disclosure of data received by or generated by the company clearing agencies and swap data repositories, and data relating to legal entities and nonpublic personal information (NPI) held by multiple company subsidiaries. Reduce need for outside counsel expenses by serving as the in-house expert.
