The Associate General Counsel provides legal counsel and advice to company, with a particular focus on research related matters, including research funding agreements, oversight of funded research, human subject research, research data and other intellectual property matters, confidentiality issues, and conflicts of interest in research. Review, prepare, and negotiate agreements involving research and other programmatic areas, develop and provide input on policies and procedures, and support departments and committees. Provide general in-house counsel advice on other matters, including vendor contracts, organizational policies and procedures, and conflict of interest issues.
