Position reports directly to Deputy GC/SVP, Business & Legal Affairs of the distribution group and will be responsible for negotiating and drafting various agreements for certain affiliated companies. Candidate will manage a high volume of matters in a fast-paced, energetic work environment. Candidate must possess expert contract drafting and negotiation skills, and must exhibit confidence and leadership skills while interacting with executives and personnel across multiple departments and legal disciplines.
