Conducts investigations of cases alleging violations of the University’s anti-harassment policies in accordance with Title VI, Title VII and Title IX regulations. Assists in meeting U.S. Department of Education, Office of Civil Rights compliance standards and best practices, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission requirements, and other federal and state regulations. Conducts reviews and investigations of alleged student, faculty, staff, and outside third-party misconduct, sexual assaults, sexual misconduct, and harassment incidents reported to the Title IX Coordinator or Deputy Coordinator.
