The Chief Legal Counsel will be the top Legal Executive and will oversee the Legal Department, Compliance, Risk Management and outside counsel support. The Chief Legal Counsel will provide guidance to Human Resources, Operations, Finance, Sales and IT in regards to employee relations and labor law, procurement contracts, facilities leasing, and client contracts. The Chief Legal Counsel will supervise the Legal Department, but will be more than a delegator. They will be responsible for directly resolving key legal issues for the company.
