Under the supervision of the Senior Vice President – General Counsel and other senior attorneys in the Las Vegas corporate headquarters legal department, the In-House Counsel will assist in providing legal services to company. Experience in contract drafting and negotiation as well as in mergers/acquisitions/joint venture/financing transactions. Draft and negotiate contracts including resort-level service agreements including review of contract templates and forms.
