Reporting to the Company’s Vice President of Legal you will be responsible for the leadership and execution of the Company’s growing internal Legal function. The successful candidate will be a leader who can provide guidance and act as an advisor on key legal matters as they relate to the Company's business; he/she should be a business-oriented legal advisor with the ability to provide business solutions and strategies in the Company’s highly entrepreneurial and high-growth environment.
Corporate Counsel will coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholder organizations such as Finance & Accounting, Sales, IT and the Executive Team as well as interface with senior management and legal departments of our customers and prospects with the goal of reducing process friction, improving transaction flow and driving better customer experience.
