Handles, supervises and manages company litigation. Represents corporation in litigation and other legal proceedings. Reviews and analyzes pleadings, motions, legal research, evidence, discovery and other data to advise corporation of exposure and other risks associated with existing litigation, threatened litigation, proposed change in business process or procedures, etc. Reviews and analyzes new lawsuits and plans and implements appropriate course of action to resolve matter while minimizing corporation’s exposure and expenditure of resources.
