The Private Client Compliance Officer will be primarily responsible for assisting the compliance team with private client compliance matters, including but not limited to, reviewing client on-boarding documentation (investment management agreements, investment policy statements, and trust documents as applicable), reviewing marketing materials and RFPs as they pertain to private clients, and assisting with other compliance related tasks as necessary. Work with internal constituents and Client Relationship Managers to assist with the private client on-boarding process, including investment management agreement review, investment policy statement review and trust documents as applicable.
