Drafting and negotiating repo and securities lending agreements, Master Securities Forward Transaction Agreements, FX, Authorized Participant, soft dollar, prime brokerage and clearing agreements. Position provides tremendous opportunity for development as a wide-ranging capital markets broker-dealer attorney.
