As the Senior Legal Director, Commercial & Operations reporting to the Vice President & Senior Commercial & Operations Counsel, you will be a key legal adviser in company’s most complex and material business deals and commercial transactions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, reviewing, negotiating and drafting a wide variety of licensing, consulting, services, strategic partnership and general commercial contracts, and more generally for advising your clients on all aspects of business and commercial transactions and relationships.
