As Associate Legal Counsel focusing on media and content licensing, you'll negotiate and draft content acquisition and distribution contracts with content owners of all types, including video, music and other data. In particular, you'll concentrate on the licensing and distribution of copyright rich content for products together with related contracts such as marketing, branding, ad-sales, end user terms of service and a wide variety of other commercial agreements. You’ll be at the cutting edge of how media and technology interact, and the crossroads of new technologies and existing laws, to provide creative and practical answers to challenging legal questions.
