Reporting to Vice President & Associate General Counsel, responsible for daily management of litigation and claims to budget, with emphasis on single claimant employment law matters, commercial litigation and consumer litigation. Management of outside counsel to achieve efficiencies and reduce risk. Provide compliance advice and counsel; support complex litigation and compliance initiatives as assigned. Oversight of corporate immigration services. Daily supervision of Staff Attorney and Manager, Legal Services.
