The Corporate Staff Attorney will provide support to the General Counsel in the following areas: contract drafting and review; contract, lease and intellectual property database and file maintenance; corporate compliance and corporate governance matters; litigation tracking and support; contract, license and business qualification searches and filings; insurance program administration; research and special projects. This position will also provide transaction support related to company’s mergers and acquisitions activity.
