Provides legal guidance in one or more legal subject matter areas, as assigned, to facilitate business objectives, to promote compliance with laws, regulations and procedures, and to protect the Association's legal rights. Legal guidance is provided by direct support the association either in person, through training, or by reference to electronic manuals. Provides direct legal advice and support in one or more legal subject matter areas such as lending, UCC, financial services regulatory compliance, real estate, creditor’s rights, litigation, employment, and/or contracts.
