This position requires a minimum of fifteen years of gas, crude oil, condensate and natural gas liquids Marketing legal experience with a law firm or corporate law department. A strong working knowledge and understanding of the Natural Gas Act, the Natural Gas Policy Act, the Energy Policy Act, the Interstate Commerce Act, the Commodity Exchange Act, and the Dodd-Frank Act, as well as the federal, state and local regulation and FERC, CFTC, FTC and SEC regulatory compliance requirements pertaining to the oil and gas industry, is essential. The applicant should have substantial legal experience with the drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale, pipeline transport, rail transport, terminaling, storage, trucking, barging, processing, fractionation and other agreements related to the marketing of gas, crude oil, condensate and natural gas liquids.
