The Associate Counsel will support programmatic and institutional goals, provide guidance and counsel in the design, development and implementation of practice and strategies, and is responsible for seeing that company activities are consistent not only with the legal, tax, licensing and accreditation requirements, but also with the highest standards of business practice and reputational excellence. This position will provide advice on a broad range of legal areas including, the drafting and negotiating of contracts, child welfare requirements, exempt organization restrictions, privacy matters and other general duties within the legal department, as requested.
