Senior Corporate Counsel will support the General Counsel and together with the rest of the Legal Team serve as a business partner to leaders across business units. The Senior Corporate Counsel will support the organization through structuring and negotiating complex commercial/client transactions, draft and negotiate commercial, partner and vendor agreements, handle trademark and IP related matter and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of legal operations and policies as the business grows and evolves. Candidates should be creative problem solvers who take pride in personal excellence, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequently shifting priorities that requires communication and collaboration with colleagues across multiple geographies and departments.
