Member of the legal department’s leadership team. Leads and motivates a team of lawyers who assist the Company in a very broad range of compliance and litigation matters relating to the operation of a retail company. Develops, administers and monitors programs for compliance with laws, regulations and rules governing the operations of a retail company, including ADA, FCPA, FDA, OSHA, Customs, Prop 65, and environmental compliance. Informs and educates appropriate personnel and senior management of all compliance programs and responsibilities.
