The Service Area Director of Labor and Employee Relations ensures that all labor and employees relations matters and activities are conducted in a manner consistent with the efficient implementation of a single Human Resources delivery model, System HR strategies and Service Area operational and strategic business objectives and company core Values. Under the supervision of the System Office Vice President of HR Business Partner Integration and in direct partnering with Service Area HR Leadership, The Service Area Director of Labor and Employee Relations serves as the principal Service Area leader on all labor and employee relations matters and activities occurring within the Service Area.
