As Associate Corporate Counsel, you will advise the company on the various legal risks, business strategies, and other issues related to intellectual property, commercial transactions and business operations. You will be responsible for providing guidance on IP and data use issues inherent in new and evolving products and features and advising our creative teams on licensing and using IP. You will also be responsible for managing our IP portfolio, coordinating with outside counsel on IP protection and prosecution matters, resolving IP and data use-related contractual and legal issues that arise in both new and existing commercial relationships and supporting the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes.
