The Deputy General Counsel will contribute to the Division’s overall legal and business strategy development and lead legal execution and support for all Divisional activities. The role will include driving the execution of multiple business plans and projects and includes identifying, assessing, communicating and managing corporate risk as the Division and Company continues its growth and expansion. Manage all aspects associated with corporate contracts related to approximately 900 locations including leases, franchise agreements, 3rd party vendor agreements and related documentation.
