Company is seeking a General Counsel to join its senior management team. In this high profile role, you will report directly to the CEO, and deliver first class strategic advice to the management team, Board of Directors, and business and editorial units of the Company. You'll also lead a small team, manage outside counsel relationships and be responsible for key areas including M&A; editorial review (including defamation, privacy, and intellectual property); corporate governance; employment; negotiation of contracts, leases, and other agreements; management of intellectual property; privacy, and compliance, including the development and implementation of guidelines and policies for the Company; and litigation management.
