Broad-based commercial in-house contract attorney to support growing diagnostics business. Working closely with the Chief Business Officer/General Counsel, this will be the second legal position within the company offering significant responsibilities to support and build the legal department, with hands-on responsibility for many legal aspects of the business including commercial transactions, intellectual property and SEC filings. Review, negotiate and draft commercial agreements involving all functional areas of company from routine agreements to major transactions.
