Identify, Assess and Reduce the Company's Legal, Financial, and Business Exposure. Implement across all business units the legal policies, procedures and guidelines governing the company’s day-to-day operations, including as it relates to contract review, confidentiality, and communications, and ensure that employees receive the appropriate level of training with respect thereto. Timely provide the company's leaders with a clear understanding of current and prospective company-wide exposure (contractual or otherwise), and work with them to develop the appropriate responses to such exposure.
