The Legal Counsel will provide strategic legal counsel and direction to the Marketing/Sales Group on a wide variety of issues and matters relating to partnerships, joint ventures and other business relationships, and related commercial contracts, privacy, data security and procurement, mobile applications, social media, policy issues, software systems acquisition and implementation, software development, licensing, software as a solution, vendor management, and Internet and e-commerce transactions. This role requires a highly motivated, organized individual to accomplish both legal and business objectives in a risk-balanced way. Candidates must be highly reliable, solutions-oriented and have a track record that demonstrates excellent business and legal judgment with the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
