Legal Department is seeking a talented Associate Counsel to support our Commercial Contracts Group at company's headquarters in San Jose, CA. The attorney in this position will be working both independently and as a part of a team to negotiate, document and close a variety of commercial contracts and licenses and will directly interface with internal clients from Sales, Marketing, Business Units, Research and Development, Procurement, Quality and Finance. An attorney in this position will review contractual terms for a wide range of business transactions, both domestic and international, then assist various operational and business units with understanding the meaning and implication of such terms and develop appropriate proposals or counter-proposals for negotiation to the desired result.
