Drafts, reviews and negotiates vendor, client and other commercial contracts, including statements of work, licenses, requests for proposals and supporting documents. Handles real property related legal issues, including, but not limited to, transfers of titles and deeds, rights-of-way, easements, construction, zoning, licenses and joint use agreements. Drafts legal agreements and easements for execution and recording. Provides legal advice to company engineers and construction employees concerning construction project.
