Based in the Company’s office in New Jersey, reporting to the Group General Counsel, and subject to supervision/guidance from the Divisional General Counsel, the candidate will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and analyzing a wide variety of technology and licensing agreements. Active review and negotiation of all technology contracts and license agreements to be entered into by the Company with a view to ensuring the Company has freedom to operate its business and, where applicable, securing protection for the Company's intellectual property. Reviewing existing third party technology and licensing agreements entered into by the Company to assess and ensure the Company’s compliance with the terms of such agreements.
