The attorney in this role shall assist the North America legal department by drafting and helping to negotiate/finalize all forms of commercial contracts and by providing legal counsel in multiple areas, including corporate governance, service provider agreements and other purchasing agreements (including RFP review), financing and financial services agreements, regulatory matters privacy law, data protection/data sharing agreements, software licensing, anti-trust law, confidentiality agreements, logistics and supplier agreements, etc. This person shall continuously develop and maintain the legal expertise needed to perform the role. This role shall report to the General Counsel in North America.
