Position:
Dior is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter attorney who would enjoy working on a small and lean corporate management team as the sole attorney in a demanding, fast paced environment. Counsel would provide commercial and corporate legal support in various areas, including vendor contracts, regulatory, coordination with real estate counsel on lease negotiations, and counseling the business partners in regards to the demands of a large and growing business.
The successful candidate will be a business minded, licensed attorney with law firm experience. He or she will also be extremely well organized, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines and work in a demanding environment and solve, in a practical fashion, real legal or business problems quickly and effectively. The successful candidate will be working on an administratively lean corporate team and will need to be self-sufficient, self-directed, and achievement oriented.
Profile:
A candidate must have a law degree, be a member of the New York State Bar, have 6 years of experience as a practicing attorney in a law firm, good analytical skills, great attention to detail, be articulate, professional and a team player. Strong oral and written communication skills are a must
