Provides legal advice, counseling and support to corporate and facility human resources departments and corporate and local management (U.S. and international), risk management department, treasury department, tax department, and security department with regard to affirmative action plans and programs, equal employment opportunity compliance programs and activities, employee relations, staffing, recruitment, labor relations, performance management, employee benefits, compensation, training and related litigations, administrative proceedings, governmental investigations and inquiries. This role supports the VP, Law, International Employment & Benefits and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer in his responsibility for providing the full range of legal representation and support with respect to employment, labor and employee benefit laws for company’s U.S. and international operations of its Professional and Consumer divisions.
