This position will report directly to our General Counsel (GC) and will work closely with all departments, specifically: Product Development, Technology, Sourcing, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Tax, Global Talent Engagement, Trade Support, Product Support, Operations, Security and Risk Management and Project Management. The position requires an experienced individual who can work without direction - more importantly, someone who can look strategically at the legal and regulatory issues facing the firm and is proactive about working with the businesses and functional areas to address any issues.
