The General Counsel primarily advises executive management and board on legal matters affecting organization and the board, as well as provides oversight to contracts development and maintenance. Provide legal advice and counsel to Executive Leadership and Board of Directors as requested and on proactive basis. Manage Contracts Administration function and staff to meet all required contracts-related submission deadlines, ensuring the Center’s capability to provide timely contracted services delivery and billing.
