The successful candidate will be the primary counsel to the newly created position of Chief Privacy Officer for the Company and will provide legal advice in connection with privacy, data analytics, data security and cyber security issues as well as assist in formulating policy for domestic issues at the state and federal level, as well as international matters. The Senior Privacy Counsel will also interact with senior business clients, the Chief Information Security Officer, business unit Privacy Officers, Compliance professionals, the Corporate Investigations Division and External Affairs. This is a position within the Corporate Regulatory Group reporting to the Chief Regulatory Officer, Corporate Law Department.
