The Director of Legal serves as company’s primary legal counsel, leading all legal strategy, coordination, and implementation across the multiple product lines, intellectual properties, businesses, and geographies in which we operate. You will be an integral part and a leader in our G&A group, working cross-functionally with management and teams to provide effective guidance and support on everything from commercial agreements to corporate governance. You will help oversee a network of outside legal counsels and be directly involved in complex business transactions and critical contract negotiations.
