Company is looking for a seasoned professional with deep legal counsel experience in the financial services industry to work as part of our intellectual property advisory company. Candidate must have at least 15 years experience working with commercial or merchant banks, other financial services companies, or at a top tier law firm that has a significant financial services practice. In the alternative, candidate should have a long-standing senior level career working within the business affairs or legal structure of the entertainment, media, publishing, advertising/marketing or design industries where intellectual properties in the form of patents, copyrights, trademarks, brand equity, and royalty/licensing revenues have been evaluated as part of the business process.
