Provide legal advice and counsel on varied commercial matters such as litigation, intellectual property, labor & employment, banking regulations, bankruptcy, antitrust, trade regulations, privacy, etc. Draft various legal documents in connection with the overall representation of the company, including but not limited to sales, purchase and employment related agreements, corporate resolutions and minutes, research memoranda, etc. Prepare various reports for presentation or internal distribution. Conduct legal research as required.
