Corporate Counsel is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and for providing general corporate and legal analysis and advice relating to regulatory and compliance matters. The incumbent will act as a resource to others in the Legal & Compliance Department and will work closely with internal business clients on both contract and compliance matters. Provide advice and counsel with respect to compliance and privacy matters.
