Help ensure that risks in the Company’s business units have been appropriately identified and managed. Help define compliance strategy, develop, implement and revise Company policies and procedures, and collect information to create a Company-wide view of risks. Conduct ongoing periodic assessments of the Company’s overall compliance program and ensure internal controls, policies and procedures, systems, reporting, training, and resources are in place to meet regulatory expectations.
