The Vice President of Corporate Counsel will provide legal advice, counsel, support and guidance to business operations by drafting and negotiating legal agreements, assisting with various corporate transactions and managing outside counsel. Interface with executive leadership and the board of directors on complex legal and regulatory matters including, but not limited to, regulatory compliance, legal opinions, contract negotiations, and litigation. Negotiate agreements and draft contracts for services and relationships related to the organization.
