The main areas of responsibility will involve supporting company’s Japan region with contracts and negotiations (in Japanese). Draft and negotiate purchase, service, distributor, sales agent and other sales related agreements in Japanese and English. Supporting the drafting and negotiation of other agreements including licenses, NDAs, and supplier/vendor agreements as needed. Working with Sales, Sales Operations and customers in generating contracts for customer purchases.
