Reporting to the Vice President - Corporate Secretary & Associate General Counsel, this role supports corporate governance and securities law matters and other aspects of the Corporate Secretary function. It also has responsibility for serving as a counsel to one of the Company's business units and for providing counsel in other substantive areas as needed. Provide counsel on corporate governance matters and support the Corporate Secretary, Board of Directors and Committees, including preparing meeting materials and minutes, preparing and managing corporate governance and related policies, monitoring and reporting on external governance trends and best practices, and providing support for stockholder outreach and engagement programs.
