This Senior Counsel, Technology Transactions position involves frontline responsibility for drafting and negotiating technology-related transactions for the company’s Research, Development, Quality & Innovation (R&D) as all as each of the company’s business units. This position will also partner closely with company’s R&D function and the Supply Chain/Procurement function, focused on sourcing cutting-edge technologies for company’s products. In addition to shepherding company’s technology transaction work, this position will manage conflicts involving intellectual property, including patent litigation.
