Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including procurement and supply contracts; marketing and sponsorship agreements; IT contracts; and service agreements. This position will report directly to the Senior Corporate Counsel and will work closely with other managers across all departments within the company in negotiating contracts. Amongst other opportunities, the Corporate Counsel – Contracts will have responsibility for: Developing form documents to streamline routine transactions and improve the efficiency of the legal department; Assisting with corporate governance matters; Keeping informed of new laws, regulations, and industry trends that could affect the company; and Performing other duties as assigned.
