Duties: Counsel would provide legal advice to management with respect to all aspects of business law covering the full range of the company’s business, including drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts, structuring, drafting and negotiation of technology collaborations and other business transactions. In addition Counsel may participate in any future M & A activities. We strive to provide quality, responsive and practical legal guidance, emphasizing active involvement with business managers and creative solutions to often difficult legal and business problems.
