This is a position reporting to a Vice President and Sector Counsel. Counsel will provide a broad array of legal advice and service in the areas of U.S. Government contract law and related subcontract and commercial contract law. This position will provide operational legal support to businesses and support functions within one or more of the company's operating sectors. Responsibilities will include supervision of outside counsel, working with various legal specialists inside and outside the company and the timely and effective provision of legal advice and services to senior executives.
