In this multi-faceted position, you will be exposed to all aspects of our business, working closely with our global sales, marketing, engineering, finance and consulting services organizations and senior leadership on a wide variety of business and corporate transactions. Based in New York City, the Senior Corporate Counsel will interact with personnel across all facets of our global organization, negotiate a wide variety of commercial and strategic transactions, act as an adviser to all of our business units and senior leadership, handle intellectual property and other legal matters, and be involved in the ongoing enhancement of legal operations and policies as our business continues to grow. Significant experience with technology contracts and related legal issues is a must, along with strong negotiation skills, great business instincts and a passion for entrepreneurship and technology.
